Put two callout panels after mentions of TreeDataGrid to make clear that it is now part of Accelerate.
Put a callout panel near the top of the TreeDataGrid doc to note its move to Accelerate and to crosslink to the Accelerate doc.
Put callout panels at the top of each TreeDataGrid sub-doc to crosslink to the corresponding Accelerate doc.

Duplicate the callout panels to the equivalent docs under i18n/ru. These were untranslated anyway, so a straightforward copy and paste.
Created callouts in the equivalent docs under i18n/zh-Hans. Mostly machine translations with some light edits by me.

Added callout boxes to pages in the Avalonia OSS docs where TreeDataGrid is mentioned. Purpose is to clarify that TreeDataGrid is still recommended despite the move to Accelerate, and to crosslink to Accelerate docs.
