Dice Tray Issue

Hello, I am trying to install the https://github.com/Azmoria/dndbeyonddark/blob/master/Dice%20Capture%20README.md but it does not seem to be working . I have installed all 3 requirements and my character sheet is being changed, but there is no dice tray popping out . I do have chrone set to allow pop ups from D&DBeyond

Any help / assistance would be greatly appreciated. TY in advance
