IMDv2 in GROMACS requires client to set `trate`

Expected behavior

IMDv2 in GROMACS seems to ignore IMD-nst in *.mdp file and expects the ability to set that via the client

Actual behavior

IMDClient object upon initialization must have the ability to send and set trate right after the go packet is sent
