What happened?

I'm starting to use MCP servers via LiteLLM, regarding is creation, updating or deletion via UI or LiteLLM API everything is smooth as works well.

The problem is on manage MCP servers permissions via LiteLLM teams. Where I can add each MCP server to a specific team or create an Access Group to manage more that one MCP server with the same permissions and add this access group to a team. The adding of an specific MCP server or access group via UI or API works well. The problem is when we wan't to edit or delete this MCP servers or access groups permissions on the Lite LLM team, basically it exists a bug that after remove via UI or API and after we save it the MCP servers or access groups associate to that specific team continues to be associate there, even if we delete the MCP servers or access groups on MCP menu of UI or via API.
