Bug description

When putting the TNE-VelocityCore-0.1.4.2.jar inside the Veloccity plugins folder and restarting the proxy the plugin could not be loaded. Velocity can not load the plugin because inside the jar file the velocity-plugin.json is missing.

Startup log:
