Layout Builder: Repositioning of an element centers it first in the canvas

If you want to reposition an element in the layout builder via drag & drop the element moves to the center and isn't under the mouse pointer anymore.

Thanks for opening this issue! I have been working on making dragging a better experience, but I don't yet know how to fix the centering issue - I will look into it again.
