Timers are doubled (sometimes tripled) inside 'bzm - HTTP Async Controller'

Tests:

1. Transaction Controller (Transaction And Async Controller) - (2 * bzm - HTTP Samplers + 1 * Timer @10seconds)

Issue: Delays are 20 seconds. Should be 10 Seconds.

2. Transaction Controller (Transaction And Async Controller) - (1 * bzm - HTTP Sampler + 1 * Timer@10seconds)

Issue: Probably not a valid use case as only 1 sampler but delays are 30 Seconds!!! Should all be 10 Seconds.

I was looking at this and felt a bit of deja-vu and noticed #83 which is still open. I assume it's the same/similar root cause. I thought it was fixed but the problem remains in 2.0.6!

Exactly, we haven't managed to solve that problem yet.

I investigated how JMeter handles timers internally and found what needed to be done to prevent what you're reporting.
I proposed a fix for this in this PR #109
