Problems with certain parameter values

How can I remove extra 0000s from certain parameter values? For example, if I change cl_bob "0.010000" to cl_bob "0.01", it will automatically revert back to cl_bob "0.010000". This causes some servers to consider my value incorrect and kick me out.

Are you sure this is caused by cl_bob?
Please send the server IP and also report your client version. Use next_version in the console.

Yes, I'm sure. There are other parameters besides cl_bob "0.010000", such as cl_bobcycle "0.800000", cl_bobup "0.500000", and rate "30000" (which must be "30000"). config.cfg will automatically restore this. The server IP is 139.155.2.211:6666, and this isn't the only competition server.
