Incorrect permissions in vagrant box

Somewhere within 
```
/home/vagrant/.rvm
```
 the permissions are incorrect causing
```bash
bundle install
```
to fail. This most likely comes from some problem within the scripts directory that vagrant runs upon making the box the first time.
