Ensure numerical prefixes for systemd/*.d/*.conf (#175)
Excluding the prefixes can result in unexpected behaviour when the user tries to add their own drop-in files in the corresponding `/etc` directory. As per the systemd recommendations, the drop-in files are given numerical prefixes to help manage potential ordering issues.
