Cordova Plugin Apache License

Within the Cordova Plugin, there is a license file that was generated when the plugin was created with the Apache License. What is our policy for generated license files? Can we change it to MIT License?

I see plenty of Cordova plugins that use either Apache 2.0 or MIT. The only issue would be if the generated code contains substantial pieces of Apache 2.0 licensed code, which I suspect it does not.

Would just replace the following to be MIT:
