As Project Lockdown is moving towards v2.0, it has become necessary to consolidate its management and organization.

Objectives
Transition the current codebase to its new v2.0 repository: https://TIOF.Click/PLDRepo

• Destination v2.0 Repo: https://TIOF.Click/PLDRepo

Extra information
Please note the following transition considerations

• The PWA component is to be removed: Remove all PWA services. TheIOFoundation/ProjectLockdown#6
• We are transitioning from PReact to React: Transitioning from PReact to React TheIOFoundation/ProjectLockdown#3
• The current orientation of the project separates each of the project's components into their own folders in the repo.
