We already have a comprehensive feedback system where one week after completing a test the user receives some questions asking for their feedback.
One small issue could be: when a user for example has not yet completed the feedback or has already completed it and still wants to submit some feedback or wants to report a bug(maybe separate issue). This could also be stored in the same document as the rest of the feedback, just as a separate tab, like general feedback.
