Based on my testing in 26.1 fabric, the mod doesn't seem to remember whether the toggle was turned on or not in my last playthrough, and it always reverts back to disabled on a new Minecraft instance, making me have to toggle it on again. It would be awesome if the mod could remember the last toggle so we don't have to toggle it every single time :)
