Replace Snowpack with plain old ES modules and a concatentation/minification build step.

After a pre-show conversation, @Ulexus and I concluded that we don't really need a build system like Snowpack, now that modern browsers natively support ES modules. It can be removed and replaced with a small npm script that takes care of concatenation and minification.
