Tutorials out of date and 2025 commits increasing hardware requirements #33

Commits to the tutorials in 2025 have changed their behaviour without the Docs being updated. The ADODG3 case lost many features of its run scripts and the Onera M6 case had a large cell count change from 40,000 ish to 410,000 ish.
I would like to make lower resolution versions of the cases to make them run faster and be able to be run on lower end hardware and reinstate the features of the ADODG3 Wing case. I think this makes the project easier for new users to learn without needing HPC time.
The verification and validation section can have high resolution cases proving the accuracy of DAFoam.
I am happy to make these changes and make a pull request or is there another process you would like.
