Add DOI links to publications in lab member template

In the lab member template, under publications, the template should indicate the syntax for adding hyperlinks for DOIs.

This is what I got from ChatGPT for Line 170. It's quite long and I don't know how this should be formatted. I've also got two magic numbers (16px). I'm not sure where the default font type is stored.
