Extract Assembly pathway

In Seet et al, and in many other studies, it is possible to not only compute the assembly index of a molecule, but to access the "motifs" or substructures used on one of the shortest pathways. 

We should add functionality to export this information. Ideally, we would output all the shortest pathways, but any shortest pathway would be useful.
