Ability to have "builder nodes"

As done with Github / Gitlab Runners, it would be great to have the possibility to add "Dokploy Builders" to a Dokploy instance.

Those builders would only build the images (if the service is using Nixpack, Railpack, etc.), to preserve the main instance resources, while keeping the DX of not having to build your Dockerfile + publishing it as stated in this guide.
