Integrate with osv.dev (Open Source Vulnerability Database)

It would be nice if Dokploy automatically scanned for vulnerabilities in builds using osv-scanner. Potentially even fixing vulnerabilities in-place during the build.

We could integrate this. It would be good to see how tools like these can be integrated to automatically detect vulnerabilities.
