nix-dokploy flake for easy setup on nixos

Hi all,

I've created this nixos flake: https://github.com/el-kurto/nix-dokploy which makes getting dokploy up and running on nixos as easy as:

services.dokploy.enable = true

The module is effectively two systemd wrappers around the installation script.

I wasn't sure where to submit this as a contribution so that others looking to use dokploy on nixos could benefit.
