How to deploy new docker-compose services to a newly added volume?

I've added a new 200GB volume to my server and I would like to deploy new docker-compose services to this new volume instead of the default disk.

Questions:

1. How can I configure Dokploy to use the new 200GB volume for new docker-compose deployments?
2. What settings or configurations do I need to specify so that containers and their persistent data are stored on the new volume?
3. Are there any best practices or configuration examples for this scenario?
