What problem will this feature address?

All of us often forget to setup the server time correctly and sync it with our local time. And even if we do that, every team have remote workers from different countries these days.

Having a clock that shows the current server time with the timezone is a really nice feature to have, especially when you're checking logs or deployment times, so we know what time an action happened relative to our current timezone.
