Extensibility of Template definition metadata

Right now the metadata is fixed in the specification.
The draft shall at least explain that:

• this can be extended upon
• clients shall ignore unknown properties
• consider IANA registry?
• that vendor extensions shall use vnd. notation - no need to register with IANA
