Simplify installation of remote registry & improve documentation

Currently the installation procedure is described in a different place to other FAIRDataPipeline documentation (a wiki), and involves many manual steps. We should improve the documentation and put it in a more appropriate place.

Providing a simplified installation procedure would also be good (and is expected these days!), e.g. one-line deployment using Docker compose for a test system.
