Add support for `JsonFormat.Feature.ACCEPT_CASE_INSENSITIVE_PROPERTIES`

Currently there is only global setting `MapperFeature.ACCEPT_CASE_INSENSITIVE_PROPERTIES` that may be used to enable/disable acceptance of case-insensitive property names. But if at all possible, it'd be great to allow this to be enabled/disabled on per-property basis.
