Microphone cannot be selected after Windows startup #1808

Summary
After shutting down and restarting Windows, I cannot select a microphone when clicking EarTrumpet in the system tray.
If I quit EarTrumpet and launch it again, the microphone list appears.

After shutting down and restarting Windows, I cannot select a microphone when clicking EarTrumpet in the system tray.
