Support Wildcards for Input

Pipelines may generate multiple cppcheck result files, or the exact path attributes may not be known, or a result of combination of build variables. It would be an improvement if this action accepted either:

1. wildcards on the input variable
2. an optional "path" variable instead of input that could contain wildcards
