Misleading README.md

As I learnt recently, the main stable branch is master-ng.

The current README.md file shows the following...

- Generated documentation of all MOOSE classes:
  - For the `master` branch: [MOOSE_DOCS]  **<<<<<Should this read master-ng?**
  - For the `develop` branch: [MOOSE_DOCS_DEVELOP]
