Describe the bug

Unfortunately the Vertex node does not have the global setting for the region so Gemini-3-pro-preview cannot be selected. Anybody knows why?

To Reproduce

1.) Add Vertex Chat Node
2. Add API Key, select Gemini-3-pro-preview model and select a region.
3.3.) It will not work because Gemini-3-pro-preview needs region global.
