Freetube is not english (Change display language?)

My pc is currently not located in a native Country, why is there no way to change language settings?

I have also set windows to generally display everything in english by default.

I have also tried to delete all the .pak files but the Us and Gb ones. How is this a problem? You have all this beautifull translation made, why cant i just switch it? Thanks for reading.
