Make the urgent fix workflow more efficient

Thanks for sorting out the recent bug fix that caused local API to not work, appreciate the work you all do to support this fantastic app. When watching the speed of the fix (4 days) though I was wondering if improvements could be made.

Possible areas for improvement:

• Reduce number of PR approvals needed from 4 to 2/3
• More automated tests available to quickly check PR suitability

Thanks for thinking with us on this. These suggestions arent feasible though. We just need allot of members to sign off on a hotfix release because these touch critical files.

That is a dependabot PR and we always have to verify manually because of breaking changes upstream. These things often cant be caught by automated tests

Reducing quality of releases just to get them out quicker is really not desirable, especially considering that nothing FreeTube related is actually urgent, nobody's life is in danger and you can easily keep watching videos in other 3rd party clients or even on YouTube itself.
