Summary

This hotfix release adds a workaround to return the original audio track instead of the dubbed tracks.

A massive thanks to @absidue for finding this workaround.

Important

• This workaround increases the likelihood of the original audio track being selected for playback, it is still possible to receive dubbed audio tracks in some cases.
• This release does not bring back the audio track selector.

Fixes

My windows 11 is saying that the portable version cannot be run. I also cannot activate a compatibility mode. Anyone else experiencing problems on Windows?

Can you please take a screenshot of the message? I suspect it's just Windows complaining that FreeTube isn't signed/that we aren't paying Microsoft lots of money every year.

Not really sure where the best place to put this would be but the invidious default instance for https://iv.ggtyler.dev is down completely and useless. should I have opened a bug? I mean technically it isn't a "Freetube bug" so I wasn't really sure. either way I thought it would be good to inform others so they know why their freetube instances crapped out. it's not an electron problem; updating won't save you.
