So just to clarify, what are you wanting for the about? do you want it to be just in line with the other navbar items or some kind of pop up thing?

I didn't build the site so I can only assume that it was built the way the person who made it wanted it to be, but if you have a proposal for better arrangement of the button you can put it togethor and make a PR.

FWIW, it's not intentional — it's just bitrot. This repo is literally 10 years old. Something broke over the years.
