Add "--enable-rsvg" for full builds

Firstly, thanks for your effort!

Would you please add the option --enable-rsvg (and possibly some others if appropriate) when building the "full" variants? I personally don't mind the pre-built binary becoming a little larger. Also, this support seems enabled by default for Linux releases.

I'll have to check. static linkage of librsvg on Windows has been broken for some time. But looks like ImageMagick have a modified version - I'll look into it as time allows.

So I just rechecked and it seems the static linkage issue was fixed upstream in Oct 2023. I'll do a test compile on Sunday, and if it works, it'll be added in the Monday build.

Test compile didn't work - there are dependencies which have dependencies.

This will take some time to unroll.

I don't know if the topic is current. Some people think that such old projects as librsvg(c) shouldn't be added. For those interested.

I had the biggest problem with pthread under windows. I applied pthread to glib and libffi to windows.
I don't know whether to add the iconv and libintl libraries for windows. When I don't add them I don't see any difference in operation.

I'm surprised that the entire 30 files librsvg(c) aren't in the ffmpeg plugin. It should be called a GNOME plugin. I'm also surprised that librsvg is in RUST, and the rest of the add-ons are in C. For beginners, this is a problem when putting it together by hand.
SVG file support is Windows EDGE. I don't have svg animations, lossless image photo svg, the text rotation function doesn't work.

The ability to change the background color in ffplay is clearly missing and the default color should be white.

I didn't use files. Individually assembled by hand.
