Additional fixed fields

CORDEX requests the following additional constant fields (Tier 2)

• areacella (Atmosphere Grid-Cell Area): constantly 12.5 km x 12.5km (=dx * dy)
• sftgif (Percentage of the Grid Cell Covered by Glacier): No glaciers in HCLIM43 --> identical to zero.
• mrsofc (Capacity of Soil to Store Water, Field Capacity): Available?
• rootd (Maximum Root Depth): Available?
• dtb (Depth to Bedrock): Available?
