The same video，Chrome and some mobile browser has no sound when playing videos, but Edge does

windows and Android:

• HISPlayer Unity Video Player SDK version: 4.10

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. build the project to the webgl version，play a video with m3u8 format，the m3u8 video is created by the command:ffmpeg -i input.mp4
   -c:v libx264 -profile:v main -level 4.0 -pix_fmt yuv420p -crf 20 -preset veryfast
   -c:a aac -b:a 128k -ac 2 -ar 44100
   -f hls -hls_time 6 -hls_playlist_type vod
   output.m3u8

Hi @Dejavu0709, we have verified that in order for it to work correctly in Chrome, it is necessary to generate a "master" file. This can be done with this command:

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -c:v libx264 -profile:v main -level 4.0 -pix_fmt yuv420p -crf 20 -preset veryfast -c:a aac -b:a 128k -ac 2 -ar 44100 -movflags +faststart -f hls -hls_time 6 -hls_playlist_type vod -master_pl_name master.m3u8 -var_stream_map "v:0,a:0" output.m3u8

Although in this way only one variant was going to be generated. In order to improve streaming, I suggest you to try generating it with below command:

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -map 0:v -map 0:a -map 0:v -map 0:a -map 0:v -map 0:a -filter:v:0 "scale=-2:360" -filter:v:1 "scale=-2:720" -filter:v:2 "scale=-2:1080" -c:v libx264 -profile:v main -level 4.0 -pix_fmt yuv420p -crf 22 -preset veryfast -c:a aac -b:a 128k -ac 2 -ar 44100 -f hls -hls_time 6 -hls_playlist_type vod -master_pl_name master.m3u8 -hls_segment_filename "output_%v_%03d.ts" -var_stream_map "v:0,a:0 v:1,a:1 v:2,a:2" output_%v.m3u8

This command generates 3 variants, (360p, 720p and 1080p), which could be used by the ABR system to automatically select the appropriate quality depending on the user's Internet connection, or the user could use them to select the desired quality. You can also modify the command to generate the necessary variants.
