1. Readme.md update

• EXECUTE_(KO/EN).md : have to describe about executing uploadApi.
• add Eng. version.
• ('22 OPEN SW Award youtube link...?)

2. Code Refactoring

• have to remove duplicated func. (especially, category extracting part.)
• have to modify ppt/pdf files' name. (extracted.* -> {videoname}.*)
• (move executing env...? local to cloud)
