Skip AI connector if already connected from Livereview dashboard

For existing users, if they reinstall git-lrc and run the lrc setup command, it asks them to configure a Gemini API key again, even if the user already has Gemini or another AI connector associated with their organization. In this case, we need to add an option to skip this step and proceed. Currently, this step is mandatory.
