CI tests fail under Blender 4.5.4

To Reproduce

1. Edit jobs.test.strategy.matrix.version to include 4.x versions: ["4.0.2", "4.1.1", "4.2.15", "4.3.2", "4.4.3", "4.5.4" ] and set strategy.fail-fast to false
2. Push to GitHub, observe that the test (4.5.4) job fails

Presumably, this also fails when testing locally

Expected behavior
Test jobs for supported versions of Blender should succeed

Hardware

• Add-on Release Version: 1.7.2 dev?
• Blender Version: 4.5.4
