Add POD annotation to pass specific kernel options to the VMs #11
Currently we only handle two annotations to specify the kernel and initrd required for the container.
However we need to also add support for kernel parameters -
io.katacontainers.config.hypervisor.kernel_params. Currently this is taken from the default host config file
