Running the moderator_performance script results in

  File "/home/ubuntu/var/git/warehouses/facility_ops_landing/ingest/beamlines/moderator_performance/fit_monitor.py", line 8, in <module>
    import h5py
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'h5py'
