[Feedback][Issue] Nextcloud stuck on maintenance mode

Have Big Bear Nextcloud installed on my server. After upgrading via the CasaOS web interface, it is stuck on maintenance mode and none of the online fixes seem to apply to this version.

Have restarted and reinstalled but the issue persists.

EDIT: This online fix suggested editing the config file by setting maintenance to 'false' and upgrading manually. However, the command they suggest, php occ upgrade returns the message Could not open input file: occ

EDIT 2: Some fixes say I need to update via the command line but I can't figure out how to do that to the Big Bear version. Which folder do I navigate to and what command do I type?
