[Accessibility] Bookmark categories can be hard to use #1894
Description
The hover focus for the expandable bookmark categories like Other bookmarks and Bookmarks menu can also be improved as these headers are quite close to one another and the focus is minimal, especially the expand/collapse icon is quite small and the colour change is minimal.
Making it clearer that these lists can be expanded or collapsed, interacted with in general, can help users navigate the page.
There also seems to be a small bug with finding saved bookmarks, as the list in the menu stays empty, even after adding bookmarks. This might just be a version bug on our end, or something, not related to accessibility that will be fixed in the future.
