InnerSource Summit Feedback and Retrospect

I reviewed the 2025 summit feedback/review meeting and took a swing at starting the playbook in a gDoc, noting Russ's comment on channeling all the amazing feedback we have to working on the playbook and seeing how we go from there.

I'd like to mention that I thought that doing this collaboratively would be great. I recognize that people are busy, and if we can have a shared doc we're working on as a team will make things a lot more easier and less of a burden.

We could also have co-working times where dedicate time to work on this on a call bit by bit until it is complete. That was my whole idea of starting this.
