Transferring and Processing error #5

Hello everyone,
I wanted to start a PTMVision Session, but unfortunately it does not work and the error notification pops up, saying the server is overloaded or the mandatory data is not in the right format.
I used CSV/Plain and so far, everything seems to be in the right format. Does anyone know, how long the transferring and processing of data of one PTM session does take? Maybe after some time the error notification will disappear, but besides that I donot know what to change anymore to make it work.
