• New branch needs to be made with branch rules and made default
• All actions have to target a new framework if applicable
• All actions target branches need to be updated.
• All references to a lang version in manuscript proj needs to be updated (such as what determines what tabs to display in a version of the book).
• Update
  .github/workflows/sync-version-branches.yml targets
• Update branch protections

Upon Publishing

• Create tag of release at publish time
• Clear errata on new version branch.
