Replace GitLens open code links in the repository’s Git provider

Context

I mainly use GitLens to open code links in the repository’s Git provider. GitLens is a large extension that does a lot more than I need.

I want to look for and try other extensions, for example:

• open-in-browser

I didn't find any extension that help to open code in the browser other than open-in-browser.

I ended up making a PR to support opening old commit from VSCode. Will try to use it daily and report here if the PR is accepted
