Azure OpenAI API support

I'd like to see Perplexica support Azure OpenAI API calls in the future.
Please not that Azure OpenAI APIs are NOT in OpenAI-compatible API format, so cannot be added by just specifying the endpoint.

I usually use LiteLLM to make Azure (or AWS Bedrock or similar) OpenAI API-compatible. Since OpenAI compatibility is already included, it’s just a matter of changing the API URL to LiteLLM, and off you go. I came across this while researching how to achieve it.

I guess now we can easily ask codex or claude code to help us implement that lol. Previously, my co-authors implemented that ourselves.
