It's currently set at exactly 35786km, which is the altitude that GEO satellites orbit. This means that an ideal GEO satellite will likely enter and exit the space high boundary many times throughout its orbit, which would lead to some funky stuff with science.
I propose that this boundary be raised to something like 40000km, which would prevent this funkiness, and probably be a more clean boundary anyway.
